How do I place an order?
Select a puzzle size. You can choose picture puzzles of 12 to 2000 pieces. Choose a photo for a puzzle from your PC. The file size of the photo must be at least 500 Kb. Your photo will be transferred to our database. This may take a while, depending on the respective file size. Fill out the order form completely and make a payment using your credit/debit card or PayPal account.
How can I check the status of my order?
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order ID, payment and shipping information. The order ID is also a link to the page of your order where you can follow the progress of your order and once the order is shipped, you will also be able to access the Online tracking from there as well.
What is the delivery time and can I order express?
You can choose between standard and express shipping. The estimated delivery date for each option is stated directly on the website at the time of placing the order.
How much is shipping?
The shipping charge for one puzzle with standard shipping is AU$ 19.99 and AU$ 34.99 with expedited shipping. For every additional item, there is a surcharge of AU$ 2.00.
